What do you put in the application form?
The form only asks for what we need for a first impression, spread over two short pages. First you tell us what you are called or would like to be called, how old you are and where you would like to work, then you give us your mobile number and email address, choose whether we get in touch by WhatsApp, phone, email or Signal, and add a note and up to three photos if you like.

What should you write in the note?
A short note is already filled in for you, so you can leave it or add to it. A few sentences of your own make your first call easier because we already have an idea of where you stand. A CV, a formal cover letter or an introduction video do not belong in it, and you do not need to lay out your reasons either. What helps is a few honest sentences about roughly how much time you have, which kinds of evenings appeal to you, which languages you speak and what you would most like to know first.
"Hi, I'm Lena, in my late twenties, and I work in marketing during the day. I can picture going out on some weekends, ideally for dinner or the opera, maybe travel later on. I speak good English and some French. I have no experience, and what I would most like to know is how you screen your guests."

Which photos work for an escort application?
Two or three recent phone photos work best, showing you as you look today, in daylight and without filters. Please do send us a few good pictures of yourself, because they give us the most honest first impression, and ordinary phone photos are perfectly fine.
A portrait that shows your presence works well, together with a full-length picture in an outfit you feel good in, say a simple dress or jeans with a nice blouse. Soft light by a window or outdoors in the shade is the most flattering, against a calm background, and a natural smile tells us more than any rehearsed pose. Heavy filters, pictures from several years ago and group shots help neither you nor us, because we get to know you as you are on the phone and at the shoot anyway.
Before you upload a picture, take a quick look at the background. A doorbell nameplate, a number plate, your workplace, family photos on the wall or other people have no place in application pictures, and it is better to leave out photos from your private Instagram, because a reverse image search can find them. Phones also often store the place where a picture was taken, and you can switch that off in the sharing options or turn it off in the camera app altogether.
You do not need professional pictures to apply, because your profile photos are taken later at the free photo shoot, and you are welcome to use those pictures yourself as well. Your face is never shown publicly: on your profile it is always made unrecognisable, for every woman who works with us.

What should you never send with an application?
Never send copies of your ID, bank details, your home address, revealing pictures or money, and that applies to every agency, including us. Nobody needs any of this for a first impression, and whatever you have sent by messenger can never be fully taken back.
- Copies of your passport or ID card by WhatsApp, Telegram or email, not even "just to check your age".
- Bank details, a tax number or a social security number, which only matter once there is a contract.
- Your home address, your employer or the names of family members.
- Revealing pictures or videos, no matter who asks for them.
- Passwords or access to your social media accounts.
- Money for anything at all, whether for joining, photos, a profile, training or a "deposit".
With us you only show your ID once you decide after the call that you want to go on, in our KYC check and in a way we explain to you beforehand. We do not ask you for a certificate of good conduct.

What happens after you send your application?
Once you have sent it, someone from our team reads your application personally and gets back to you within 24 hours through the channel you chose. If something is missing, we simply ask rather than leave your application lying, and we suggest times for a call that fit around your day.
The phone call
The first conversation takes place by phone, without video, and you can sit wherever you are comfortable. If you live abroad, we can also hold it by video if you prefer. We would like to know what draws you to this work, how much time you have, in which cities you can picture your evenings, whether travel is an option for you and which languages you speak, and you ask us anything you want to know. Nothing is decided on the phone, and afterwards you can take as long as you need to think it over. I would much rather hear an applicant say "travel is not for me yet" than get a yes to everything, by the way, because it lets me plan honestly with her.
The free photo shoot and your profile
If you do not have good pictures yet, the next step is your photo shoot, which costs you nothing. At the same time your profile takes shape under your stage name, and because your face is always made unrecognisable on it, nobody from your everyday life will recognise you there. Checking your identity
You can get in touch without any obligation, even with just your stage name. To work together, though, we need to know who you are: applicants go through our KYC check as well, just as every guest who books with us does, which is why we cannot take anyone on anonymously. For the check, we see your ID and your face once, internally, and confirm that you are at least 21, while publicly and towards guests you remain your stage name.
The contract
Before your first date, everything is set out in writing in your agency contract: that you receive your fee straight after the date and we issue the invoice, that there is no minimum number of dates, and that the contract costs you nothing and can be ended at any time. Your first request

Can you apply if you already work with another agency?
Yes, you can, and you do not have to leave it either, because we do not ask for exclusivity. Some women have been working independently or through another agency for a while before they get in touch with us, and for us that is completely normal.
There is one thing we do talk about openly on the phone, and that is how you present yourself elsewhere. We work in the upper price range with fixed minimum fees, and if the same woman can be booked for much less somewhere else, guests quickly find that confusing. What that means for you in practice we work out together before you sign anything.
If you apply to several agencies at once, think carefully about who you send photos to, because every copy is one more you might later have to get back. And before you switch, check your current contract to see whether it includes exclusivity.

How can you spot a dubious agency while you are still applying?
A dubious agency usually gives itself away in its first few messages, either because it asks for things nobody needs for an application or because it rushes you. So pay particular attention to what it wants from you before you have even spoken.

One small test, by the way, is to say no to some minor point on purpose during the call, because the way an agency reacts tells you a lot about how it will treat your limits later on.

Which questions should you ask an agency about your application?
Above all, ask the questions whose answers show you how an agency treats you and your data, and notice whether the answers come concretely or evasively. Around the application itself, these are the ones that matter most:
- Who reads my application, and who sees my photos?
- When and how do you check my identity, and who sees my ID?
- How is my face made unrecognisable on my profile?
- Do I have to work exclusively with you, or can I stay with another agency?
- What does it depend on how soon my first date comes?
- What happens to my data if we do not end up working together?

What happens to your application if it is not a fit?
If you realise after the call that this is not right for you, a short message is enough, without having to explain why. We then delete your documents and photos and confirm it to you, and even without a message we delete your application after 90 days at the latest if it has not led to working together.
It can also happen the other way round, that we turn you down, and then we tell you openly. It usually has to do with the city, your time or the current demand, and it is not a judgement of you. Until then only our small team sees your application, and you can ask at any time what data we hold, have it deleted or withdraw your consent.

What else should you know before your first date?
You do not need anything official in place to apply. In Germany, anyone working as an escort is self-employed and registers with the responsible city office before the first date, which includes a mandatory counselling session at the public health office, and a tax number and your own health insurance are part of the start as well. Austria and Switzerland handle this differently, and if you are moving from abroad, only the local office can confirm whether you may take on self-employed work there. What applies to you is explained by the responsible office, and an independent advice centre can help you further, free of charge and in confidence.

How much do escorts earn with you?
