What does it actually mean to become an escort?

As a high-class escort you accompany men who would like pleasant company for an evening, a weekend or a trip, to dinner at a good restaurant, to the opera, to a reception or to places they would rather not go alone. What matters is the conversation, the time you share and the feeling of sitting opposite someone who listens and laughs easily, which is why the old-fashioned word companion describes the work rather well. Where your limits lie is yours alone to decide.

Quick appointments in between are not part of what we do. A date usually lasts several hours or longer, guests generally book in advance, and because every evening is well paid, many women with us have two to four evenings a month, some more. That leaves room for studies, a career or a family, and you decide how much space this work takes up in your life.

How do you become an escort? Six steps to your first evening

You become an escort by first working out for yourself whether and how you want to do it, then finding an agency you trust, applying, having a confidential phone call, preparing your photos and profile and finally accepting your first screened request. None of these steps commits you, and you can stop at any point without having to explain why.

1. You work out what you want

Before you open any form, it is worth spending a quiet evening with three questions: what you hope to get from this work, where your limits lie and who in your life you are happy to tell. If you already have honest answers, you will start more relaxed, and if you are still unsure, the phone call later gives you all the time you need.

2. You find an agency you trust

A reputable agency never asks you for money upfront, explains openly how it screens its guests and lets you choose with every request. Ask who you can reach during a date, how your fee reaches you and what happens to your data if you do not end up working together, because the answers soon tell you how seriously an agency takes you.

3. You apply in one minute

In a short form you enter your stage name, your age, the city where you would like to work and a way for us to reach you, and if you like, you add a few good pictures of yourself. Photos are not required for a first application, it costs nothing and commits you to nothing, and if we do not end up working together, we delete it after 90 days. 4. You talk on the phone for 20 to 40 minutes

Within 24 hours someone from our team gets in touch through the channel you gave us, and then you talk confidentially, without video, about your ideas, your time and the cities that might suit you. It is all about everyday things, such as what draws you to this work, how many evenings are realistic alongside your studies or job and what you definitely do not want, and you can ask anything. You do not have to decide anything on the phone.

5. You prepare your photos and profile

If you do not have good pictures yet, they are taken at a free photo shoot, and you may use the photos yourself as well. Two or three outfits you feel good in and a good night's sleep are all you need on the day, because being relaxed shows in pictures straight away. The pictures become your profile under your stage name, on which your face is always made unrecognisable. Only we see your ID and your face once, internally, for our checks, and your personal contact calmly explains how check-ins and the code word work on an evening.

6. You accept your first date

How soon your first date comes depends mainly on your pictures: if you already have good photos, it can happen quickly; if not, we first plan the free photo shoot with you. The request reaches you with the occasion, place, time, length and fee, the guest has already been through our KYC check by then, and you accept or decline, whichever feels right to you. A dinner in a city you know well is a lovely way to begin, because the streets are familiar and you can give the evening your full attention.

Having doubts along the way is a good sign, by the way, because it shows you are taking the decision seriously. Some women let a few days pass between applying and the call, others take a break after the shoot, and both are fine because nobody is hurrying you. What do you need to become an escort?

You need to be at least 21, reliable and discreet, and enjoy getting into conversation with people, and almost everything else you learn along the way. Anyone who wants to become an escort model tends to think of model measurements first, yet guests value a well-groomed appearance, style and genuine listening far more than a particular figure. And if you have never worked as an escort?

Then you are in good company, because almost every woman with us started without any experience, and "I have never done anything like this" is the sentence I hear most often on the phone. If you are new, we simply take more time over the call and the preparation, and your personal contact is with you from the very first conversation.

How much do you earn as an escort?

A date with us brings a fee from €1,000, for example €3,000, and up to €15,000 depending on its length and occasion, and if you accompany a guest on a ten-day trip, it comes to €30,000 to €40,000. In each case that is the fee the guest pays, and the agency commission comes off it, as do your taxes and costs (as of October 2026).

With two to four evenings a month it soon becomes tangible, because three dates at €3,000 each add up to €9,000 in fees. Nobody can promise you that sum, though, since no two months are alike and there are quieter weeks, especially at the start. Straight after the date your fee arrives by bank transfer, we issue the invoice, your personal contact handles every conversation about price with the guest, and you never pay to get there and back yourself, because the guest always covers a travel allowance, and on trips the flights and hotel as well. Agency or independent: which path suits you?

You can become an escort on your own, through an open listing site or with an agency, and each path has its price, whether in money, time or safety. On your own you keep every fee, but you handle adverts, photos, requests and the screening of every guest yourself, often late into the evening. With an agency you give up part of the fee as commission and in return get advertising, screened guests and someone who is there for you during the date. This short overview shows you, without any figures, who takes care of what on each path.

We do not ask for exclusivity, so you can stay with other agencies as well, and because we work with minimum fees, we talk openly on the phone about how you present yourself elsewhere.

What is an evening as an escort like?

An evening usually begins days before, because guests generally book in advance, and if a short-notice request does come in, your personal contact asks whether you are free at short notice, and otherwise the evening is simply moved. You only accept what you know, meaning the occasion, place, time, length and fee, and a date is only confirmed once the guest's prepayment has arrived in full. Until the date it is held on an intermediary account as a pass-through item, so nobody needs to talk about money that evening.

The afternoon then belongs to you and to the dress that suits the occasion. At the table you talk about travel, books, his week or whether the best seats at the opera are in the stalls or the circle, and at the agreed times you send your personal contact a quick check-in. If anything feels wrong, there is a code word, and you can leave at any time. When the evening ends is agreed beforehand, and straight after the date your fee arrives in your account, and we issue the invoice.

Over time some guests become regulars who are glad when you are the one at the table again at the next dinner, and some eventually invite you for a weekend or a trip.

How safe is it to become an escort?

No evening with someone you do not yet know is entirely without risk, which is why every date with us follows the same routine. Every guest goes through our KYC check before you even hear about the request, we do not accept anonymous requests, and without full prepayment no date takes place. Your personal contact knows the place and time, you agree check-ins and a code word, and during the date someone from the team can be reached, even late at night.

How do you stay discreet as an escort?

Almost every woman worries about being recognised at the start, and I take that worry as seriously as you do. Your face is never shown publicly; on your profile it is always made unrecognisable, you work under a stage name, and only a small team bound to confidentiality knows your real details. Even so, nobody can guarantee absolute anonymity, and I would rather tell you that straight away.

Who you tell about your new start is entirely up to you. Some women confide in one person they trust, a friend or a sister, so that someone knows, and nobody else needs to hear a word. Whether you have to tell your employer about a side job, by the way, depends on your employment contract.

Who is this work right for, and who not?

It suits you well if you enjoy being around people, ask curious questions and like to listen, keep your appointments and know your own reasons, whether that is the fee, the travel or the freedom over your time. It can also work well if you are studying, have a career or have children, because there is no minimum number of dates and you only accept the evenings that fit your life.

It suits you less if money worries are pushing you right now, if someone else is talking you into it or if you are in the middle of a personal crisis, because then it is hard to say no freely. In which cities can you become an escort with us?

You can start with us in ten cities in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, and each has its own page describing what evenings there are like. In Munich evenings often begin early and stay quiet, while Berlin surprises you with bars, galleries and long nights.

Water plays a part in many invitations in Hamburg, in Frankfurt you often sit with guests who are only in town for a night or two, and Düsseldorf and Cologne lie close together and yet feel very different. What should you sort out before you start?

As an escort you are self-employed, even with an agency, which above all means that you decide about your time and pay tax on your fees yourself. The rules differ from country to country: in Germany there are two appointments before your first date, registration with the office responsible in your city and a confidential consultation at the public health office, and the staff explain the rest calmly, one step at a time.
