Terms and Conditions for Models

These terms for models set out the general framework of a collaboration with Ultimate Escorts Models, from the agency's services and payment handling to confidentiality, liability and termination. The individually agreed contractual documents remain controlling, and you receive them in writing before you accept your first evening (as of October 2026).
1. Scope and parties
These terms govern the management and service relationship between UEC Limited, trading as Ultimate Escorts Models, and the self-employed model. Deviating terms apply only where individually agreed in text form.
2. Agency services
As individually agreed, the Agency supports marketing, enquiry and booking management, client screening, travel organisation, payment processing, personal support and safety procedures.
3. Independence and self-determination
The Model acts independently. No employment, subordination or personal dependency relationship arises. The Model alone decides availability, enquiries, clients, engagements and personal boundaries and may decline or end any enquiry or collaboration.
4. Eligibility and duties
The Model confirms being at least 21 years old and legally competent, providing truthful information and independently complying with applicable tax, social-security, residence and registration duties.
5. Agency compensation
The Agency works on a performance basis and receives the individually agreed share of net revenue. The Model incurs no upfront, onboarding or recurring fixed fees.
6. Payment processing
Payment method and accounting are set in the individual agreement. The Model receives their fee straight after the date, and the Agency issues the invoice. Payments and payouts should be documented transparently. The Model remains responsible for their own tax duties.
7. Photos, profiles and usage rights
Rights in the Model's own photos and content remain with the Model. The Model grants only the simple, revocable usage rights required for the agreed marketing. Scope, channels and duration are coordinated. Content is removed after withdrawal or the end of the agreement within the agreed framework.
8. Confidentiality and privacy
Both sides treat identity, contact details, contractual terms and business information confidentially. The Agency does not pass personal data on to outside third parties; service providers for hosting, forms and email delivery process it only on its behalf. Personal data is additionally governed by the Privacy Policy.
9. Safety, consent and conduct
The Code of Conduct, Anti-Trafficking Policy and agreed safety procedures are binding. Every encounter is based on voluntariness and consent that can be withdrawn at any time. Breaches may result in immediate termination and, where required, reporting to competent authorities.
10. No booking or income guarantee
The Agency owes no specific number of enquiries or bookings and guarantees no particular income. Information about possible fees is non-binding guidance and depends on factors including demand, profile, availability and the Model's free decision.
11. Liability
The Agency is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise, liability is governed by mandatory law and the individually agreed contractual terms.
12. Term and termination
The Model may end the collaboration at any time, without notice period and at no cost. The right to terminate for good cause remains unaffected. Independently of this, the Model may decline any enquiry or engagement at any time.
13. Amendments
Changes to these terms are communicated in text form. Individual agreements take precedence over these general terms.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
The law of the Republic of Cyprus applies. Mandatory protections at the Model's habitual residence remain unaffected. A place of jurisdiction in Cyprus applies only where legally permissible and validly agreed.
15. Final provisions
If any provision is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective. The invalid provision is replaced by the legally permissible provision closest to its economic purpose.
