Our Trust Principles: What You Can Hold Us To
Our trust principles are ten commitments that apply to every woman we work with: adults only, no upfront fees, no income promises, your free choice on every booking, screened clients, discretion, cashless pay with an invoice, and zero tolerance for coercion. You can check each one yourself before you sign anything.
Every agency says it is serious, safe and discreet. Those words cost nothing. What matters is whether a woman can check them before she commits, and whether she can hold the agency to them afterwards. This page lists the ten principles we work by, explains what each one means in daily practice and tells you how you can verify it yourself.
Why do we publish our principles?
We publish our principles so that you know what you can rely on before the first conversation, and so that you can hold us to them later. A rule that is written down and public is harder to bend.
This industry has a trust problem, and it is not imagined. Women hear about agencies that charge for photos and never send a single booking, that push for more dates than agreed or that disappear with money. If you have heard such stories, scepticism is the right reaction. We would rather earn your trust with things you can check than ask for it with nice words. The same goes for the texts on this site: how they are written and checked is set out in our editorial policy.
What are our ten principles?
Our ten principles cover age, money, freedom of choice, safety, privacy and our stance on coercion. They apply to every woman we work with, without exceptions and without a special arrangement for anyone.
- We work only with adults aged 21 and over.
- No upfront, joining, profile or photo fees.
- No guaranteed income and no inflated earnings promises.
- You choose your clients, your dates and your boundaries.
- You can decline any request or end any date, and you never have to explain whether you accept a date or not.
- Your privacy is protected by design: stage name, no face in public, separate identities.
- Every client is screened before a request reaches you.
- Payment is cashless, with an invoice.
- Zero tolerance for coercion, pressure and trafficking.
- You can raise any concern with us confidentially, at any time.
How can you check each principle yourself?
You can check each principle through something concrete: a document you receive, a question you ask in the conversation or the way we behave when you say no. The table shows what to look for.
| Principle | What it means in practice | How you can check it |
|---|---|---|
| No upfront fees | Photos, profile and preparation cost you nothing. We earn only from bookings that took place. | At no point before your first booking will anyone ask you for money. If they do, stop. |
| Cashless, with an invoice | Everything is settled cashless, with an invoice, and you pay nothing in advance. | It is written in the agreement, and every booking is documented with an invoice. |
| Your free choice | You can say no to any request without consequences, and you never have to explain whether you accept a date or not. | Say no to a request and see what happens. Nothing should. |
| No minimum bookings | There is no quota per week or month. | Ask in the conversation and look for it in the agreement. It is not there. |
| Screened clients | KYC check for every client; anonymous requests are declined. | Ask us how a specific request was checked. We will tell you what we checked, without passing on his private data. |
| Reachability | A dedicated contact, plus check-in and code word on the evening. | Your check-ins are answered. Test it on your first date. |
| Discretion | Stage name, no face or identifying features in public, a small team bound to confidentiality. | Look at your published profile before it goes online. You approve it. |
What do these principles change for you day to day?
Day to day, the principles mean that you never pay to work, never have to explain whether you accept a date or not, never handle a client's screening alone and never wonder whether your money is documented.
Take a normal week. On Monday you tell your personal contact you are free on Thursday and Saturday. On Tuesday a request comes in for Thursday that does not appeal to you, so you decline it with one message. On Wednesday a second request fits, you accept, and your personal contact confirms the details and the check-in plan. On Thursday your personal contact takes your check-in call. A few days later you have the documentation for the booking. Nobody asks why you turned down the first request, and nobody suggests that you should take Saturday as well.
That is what the principles look like when they work: nothing dramatic, just a set of habits that make the work calmer.
What do the principles mean for clients?
For clients, the principles mean clear conditions: they must identify themselves, accept the framework you have set, pay cashless and treat you with respect. A client who does not accept this is not booked.
This also protects clients. A man who books through us knows that his data is handled by a small team, that the evening is organised properly and that the woman he meets has chosen to be there. Clients at the high end value that, and the ones who do not are not clients we want to send to you.
What can you do if we fall short?
If we fall short, tell us directly: your personal contact or the founder will listen and correct it. You can also end the collaboration at any time, and independent counselling centres can give you a confidential second opinion.
Mistakes can happen in any organisation, for example a request that should have been filtered or a message that was answered too late. What counts is how they are handled. We want to hear about them, we do not hold it against you when you raise them, and we change the process if the process was the problem. If you feel you cannot talk to us, independent counselling services such as Hydra in Berlin advise anonymously and free of charge.
How do our principles compare with warning signs at other agencies?
Our principles are the opposite of the warning signs you should watch for at any agency: upfront fees, pressure, vague payment, missing screening and requests to hand over documents.
- You are asked to pay for photos, a profile, training or "registration".
- Someone promises a fixed monthly income or a guaranteed number of bookings.
- Payment is only in cash, with no invoice and no written agreement.
- Nobody can explain how clients are checked.
- You are asked to hand over your passport or ID card.
- You are rushed: "decide today", "the client is waiting", "everyone does this".
How do our principles protect you wherever you work?
Our principles are meant to look after you in every country: nobody tells you what to offer or how far to go, agreements with us are put in writing, and the terms are fair and clear before you sign anything. Where local arrangements differ, as in Austria and Switzerland, we go through them with you in the conversation.
General information, not legal advice. Binding answers come from the authority and a local advice centre.
Frequently asked questions
Why should I believe an agency's principles?
You should not believe them on trust alone, which is why every principle on this page comes with a way to check it. You can see it in the fact that nobody asks you for money, in the agreement you receive before you sign and in the invoice that follows each booking, and you can test it by asking in the confidential conversation.
What happens if you break one of these principles?
Tell your personal contact or write to us directly. If we got something wrong, we fix it. You are also free to end the collaboration at any time, and independent counselling centres can advise you if you want a second opinion.
Are the principles part of the contract?
Yes, the points that concern you directly are written into the agreement, such as how the fee is settled and your right to decline bookings. The agreement never costs you anything and you can end it at any time, and we go through it with you line by line before you sign.
Do the same principles apply to clients?
Clients have conditions of their own that mirror the principles: they must accept our screening, respect your boundaries and pay cashless. Every client goes through our KYC check before a request reaches you, and a client who does not accept these conditions is not booked, however much he offers.
Do you ever make exceptions?
Not to these ten points, which are the same for every woman we work with, without a special arrangement for anyone. Details such as scheduling or the type of booking are flexible and agreed with you, and you decide on every request and every boundary yourself.
