How We Work: Our Process, and How You Can Check Us

How do you get from application to your first evening?

From application to the first evening there are four steps: a short application, a confidential conversation, verification and preparation, and then a first proposal that you accept or decline. You can stop after any step, and nothing costs you money along the way.

We answer every application within 24 hours, and the first conversation takes place by phone, lasting 20 to 40 minutes, with no video call needed. Before that conversation we never ask for nude photos, ID copies or money; if anyone does so in our name, it is not us. This page is about what matters after that: how the preparation works, what an enquiry looks like and how your money reaches you.

In the conversation you are entitled to check us as thoroughly as we check you. Ask who your personal contact will be, how clients are checked, how check-in and code word work in the evening, who sees your real details and what your contract says. If an answer sounds evasive, be wary, with us as with any other agency. An agency that explains how it works will never mind you asking.

How do verification and preparation work?

Verification and preparation make sure everything is in order before your first date: we confirm that you are of age and who you are, we go through the practical steps for your country, and we build your profile with you.

• Age and identity: we check an official ID document to confirm that you are at least 21 and that you are applying for yourself.
• First steps with the authorities: in Germany you register with the city and have a health talk before your first evening. We explain how it works and what to bring along. In other countries we go through the local steps with you.
• Photo shoot: professional photos for your profile, produced at no cost to you. In public, your face and anything that could identify you are never shown.
• Profile and stage name: your profile is written with you and published only after you approve every word and every picture.
• Boundaries and preferences: we write down what you offer, what you never do, which kinds of evening you prefer and when you are available. This list is the basis for every proposal we send you, and you can change it at any time.

What you get from this step is simple: when the first enquiry arrives, the paperwork is done, your profile looks the way you want it to, and the team already knows your limits.

What happens when an enquiry comes in?

When an enquiry comes in, we check it before you hear about it. Only an enquiry that has passed screening and fits your list of boundaries and your availability reaches you, with the details you need to say yes or no.

Say a client asks for a dinner and an evening out in your city on a Thursday, in a message that arrives on Tuesday night. First, the client goes through our KYC check, and the team looks at the request. Then we compare it with your profile: are you available, does the setting fit, is anything on your no-go list? If all of that fits, your personal contact sends you the date, the time, the area, the length of the booking, the fee and anything the client has mentioned about the evening. You think it over and reply. If you say no, the request is declined politely and the client is not told why. If you say yes, we confirm the booking with the client, and you agree with us on your check-in times and your code word.

You never negotiate the fee or the framework with a client yourself. That conversation happens between the client and us, before you are involved, which means you never have to discuss money or limits face to face.

What applies to clients before you say yes?

Every client goes through our KYC check before an enquiry reaches you, and anonymous enquiries are declined. The short list of our rules is on the safety standards page.

Who looks after you during the collaboration?

You have one dedicated contact who knows you, your goals and your boundaries. You never explain your situation to a different person each week, and you never wait for a ticket number. Your personal contact presents the requests, knows that you prefer dinners to overnights or that you are unavailable during exams, and is the one you call when something is unclear. For the evening itself, check-in and code word apply to every booking; the details are in our safety standards.

How does the money flow?

The client pays the fee cashless, and your money reaches you with an invoice behind it. There are no upfront costs of any kind.

The fee for each booking is agreed with the client in advance, so you know what you will earn before you say yes. Because payment is cashless and documented, your income is visible on paper, which helps when you file your taxes. You receive your fee straight after the date, and we go through the contract wording with you in the conversation, before you sign anything.

In the high-class segment, fees start at around €1,000 for an evening date and are, for example, around €3,000; overnights and travel are higher. These are worked examples. What happens to your data?

If no collaboration comes about, we delete your application after 90 days. If we do work together, you use a stage name, and only a small circle in the team, bound to confidentiality, knows your real name. We do not pass your data on.

Clients know you only by your stage name, and in turn you learn about the client only what you need for the evening.

How does the collaboration develop from the first booking to the hundredth?

The collaboration grows at your pace: the first evenings are deliberately calm, and over time we adjust your profile, your pricing and the kind of enquiries you receive to what works for you, including overnights, weekends and travel if you want them.

At the start. We suggest starting slowly, with just a few evenings. Your profile may get small changes once you know what you enjoy. Nothing is rushed, and taking a week off after your first date is normal.

After a while. You know the routine. Check-ins have become second nature, you know which enquiries you like, and your personal contact can filter better for you. This is often when women decide whether they want more bookings, fewer, or a different kind, for example longer dinners instead of short evenings.

Later on. Some women add longer stays: overnights, weekends or trips. We coordinate them in full, from the schedule to the check-in plan for each day. We review your positioning and pricing with you from time to time, and we keep your marketing up to date with professional advertising and a presence on selected platforms and networks. The principle never changes, whether it is your second booking or your hundredth: every request is screened, and every request needs your yes.

Already working independently?

If you already work as an independent escort, working with us mainly changes who does the organising: we take over advertising, client screening, scheduling and fee negotiation, and you keep full control over who you see.

The first thing that changes is usually time. Answering messages, filtering out time-wasters and checking identities yourself takes hours each week. The second thing is nerves: you no longer handle the screening alone, and every evening has a check-in and a code word. Whether that is worth it for you depends on your situation, and we would rather you work that out honestly than sign up and regret it.

What do we never do?

We never charge you upfront, never pressure you into a booking, never set a minimum number of dates and never pass your data on. These are rules you can hold us to.

When are we not the right agency for you?

We are not the right agency for you if you want to earn quickly without any preparation, if you want to work completely without screening, or if someone else is pushing you to start. In these cases we will say so openly.

• You need money this week. Preparation, the first formal steps and the profile take time, and we will not skip them. Starting under financial pressure also makes it harder to say no.
• You do not want clients to be screened. Some women prefer to accept every enquiry. We do not work that way.
• Someone else is involved. If a partner, friend or anyone else is arranging this for you, holding your documents or expecting a share of your earnings, we will not proceed. Read our anti-trafficking policy to understand why.
• You are not sure yet. Then it makes sense to talk first and decide later.

What should you know before you start?

Every country has its own way of doing things, and in our conversation we go through the one that applies to you.

In Germany you register with the city and have a health talk before your first evening. What to bring and how long it takes is best checked on the city's website or with a short phone call. In Austria and Switzerland the steps differ from region to region.
